  2. Transformation:  Where do I need to have my thinking "renewed" so that I can be Intellectually Flexible, open to generative learning? (Sustained leadership impact is built on a "renewing" mind that continually pursues Truth.)
     
  3. Moral Courage:  Where do I need to exercise moral courage? (For sustained leadership influence, decisions and actions need to be based on authentic integrity.)
     
  4. Personal Relationships:  What key relationships, including family & friends, do I need to be investing additional time and attention? (To maintain a healthy, balanced perspective, key relationships need to be faithfully stewarded.)
     
  5. Spiritual Disciplines:  What personal spiritual disciplines need to be stepped up? (Leadership capacity is directly impacted by a maturing walk with God.)
