Regarded as one of Minnesota’s sales management leaders, Bye is an accomplished speaker, regularly addressing regional, national and international meetings, shows and conventions. After a decade of award winning sales performance at Xerox Corporation, Danita became an equity partner and National Sales Manager of a turn around management team for a Minneapolis-based medical company (Micro-Tech Hearing Instruments) growing annual revenues from 300,000 per year to over 10 million in just 7 years.
