Woman on the Way Award

It didn’t take Danita Bye long to make the short list of highly regarded sales leaders in the Twin Cities. On a fast track since she launched Sales Growth Specialists late 1999, CEOs and presidents of business-to-business, mid-market companies attest to her expertise in turning sales management environments into strategic assets.

She generates breakthrough success for clients such as Hank Malone, a sales vice president for Akzo Nobel Inks. Sales Growth Specialists created a disciplined sales management system for the international firm’s Western Hemisphere region that grew sales by 8.5 percent with new accounts. The company has chosen to implement the system globally and recognized Mr. Malone’s effort as a catalyst for success at its international meeting. Another client, The Write Shop, is receiving Business Woman of The Year for Texas (2002).

Danita credits her innovative philosophy for generating bottom line results. It combines the discipline of a Fortune 100 company with the creativity of an entrepreneurial company. She has formed nationwide strategic partnerships to broaden her offerings, and is a founding partner of PRISM Growth Partners, a local network of experts in various sales and marketing disciplines.
