SGS offer a level of a service and quality we are confident to guarantee. When you contract SGS to do training, coaching or speaking, we guarantee your satisfaction with our phone coaching and online services during the first month, SGS will refund 100% of the associated fees.

  • You will be satisfied with our phone coaching and online services after the first month, or SGS will refund 100% of any unused fees associated with those services.
  • You will be satisfied with our standard training programs, or SGS will cancel the training contract and refund all unused training fees for the first three months.
  • You will be satisfied with our customized training programs, or SGS will refund 50% of the customized training fees.
  • You will be satisfied after hiring SGS for a speaking engagement, or SGS will refund 50% of our speaker’s fees.
  • You will be satisfied with all contracted services, or SGS will refund 50% of the fees charged for the first ten hours of those contracted services.
  • You will be satisfied with our recruiting services, or SGS will refund 50% of the recruiting fees.
